This Refund Policy governs the refund process for AiBM Software ("we," "us," or "our") stock/service management software website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

We offer refunds for subscription fees within 5 days of the initial purchase date. After 5 days, no refunds will be provided.

Refund Process:
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to be processed.

We do not offer refunds for any fees or charges other than the subscription fee, including but not limited to setup fees, transaction fees, or other service fees.
We do not offer refunds for any period of unused subscription time if you cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription period.
